Tuyen graduated from University of Transport and Communication in Ha Noi with a degree in Bridge and Highway Engineering.
After graduating in 2010 he started working as a Site Engineer for a construction company and was involved in supervision of works at site and measuring completed works for valuation purposes.
In 2013 he joined an audit company and had become a Team Leader after two years. He was responsible for management of Ho Chi Minh City Team and in charge of developing cost estimates, bills of quantity for infrastructure projects in the South of Viet Nam.
In 2019 Tuyen joined a Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings manufacturer, working as Project Management Engineer. He was responsible for controlling the fabrication schedule, shipment planning and erection progress along with coordinating two manufacturing plants in Viet Nam and also the Southeast Asia Sales Office.
Tuyen joined McLarens Vietnam Ltd in March 2020 as a loss adjuster and brings a varied construction and engineering background to assist the handling of construction and engineering losses for Insurers and Reinsurers.
