Dusty started in the industry in 2008 as a Catastrophe adjuster for a couple of years, traveling all over the country handling different types of homeowner claims. He then moved to more of a regional adjuster, in order to be home and spend more time with family, handling both Commercial and Residential losses. For the last 5 years, Dusty has been handling complex claims that have been in excess of $5M+ losses.
