Elizabeth began her insurance career in 1985 when she joined American Re-Insurance Company as an Executive Assistant, where she provided administrative support to senior level executives. In 2000, she became a Product Recall Broker’s Assistant for Aon Corporation until 2010, when she moved her role into Marsh & McLennan Company. She joined Cahill Consultants, Inc. in 2016 as a Product Recall Coordinator before coming to McLarens in 2019.
