Erin commenced her career in the restoration sector in 2020, where she developed practical, hands-on experience. In 2021, she joined McLarens as a Technical Analyst, leveraging her growing expertise to support the claims process and assessments. By 2022, she advanced into the role of Trainee Loss Adjuster, undergoing training and professional development. Following the successful completion of her training, Erin became a Loss Adjuster in 2023. She now specialises in commercial claims, where she leads her own cases while also providing valuable support to Executive Adjusters on large and complex matters.
