Esther has worked as a secretary/office manager for over 20 years, including 10 years as a flexible worker.
After working for 2 years as a file assistant in the personal injury department at McLarens, she felt she wanted to do more. McLarens offered her the opportunity to develop further within her position.
After successfully completing the NIBE-SVV “minor injury” training, Esther officially started her new position as claims handler for the personal injury department within McLarens on August 1, 2024.
