Joined McLarens Singapore after working as a chief investigation officer in the Republic of Singapore Police Force and as a bank examiner in the Monetary Authority of Singapore
Left McLarens after 2 years to join Thomas Howell Group and then, Cunningham Lindsey where he stayed on for 14years in various roles. He handled major and complex losses across major product lines in property & casualty, storage terminals, product liability, specie and construction & engineering. He undertook assignments in several countries in the region including Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, UAE, Seychelles and Maldives
In 2014, he joined QBE Insurance Singapore and became Head of Claims in 2015 covering all direct and re-insurance product lines including property, casualty, financial lines, marine, medical malpractice and energy
After spending 3 years as an Insurer, he returned to loss adjusting and joined Crawford Singapore, managing the loss adjusting division for 4 years while continuing to handle his portfolio of claims for his major clients
He joined Sedgwick Singapore in 2021 to move to a new technical role but was soon asked to assume the role of chief operations officer while they search for a new replacement. He continued to combine his operations role with his technical and claims handling role until January 2023 when he was able to return to his technical role.
