Eugene Chin graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with a degree in Business Admin (Entrepreneurship) and has attained his Basic Certificate Course In Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCILA) as required by the regulatory body. He commenced his career in loss adjusting in 2016 with an international loss adjusting firm. Subsequently, he joined McLarens in December 2022.
Throughout his years in this industry, he has vast experience and exposures in handling various types of claims in non-motor/general claims which encompass property, financial, fidelity guarantee, public liability, explosion, engineering, plant and machinery, equipment as well as other miscellaneous classes of insurance for personal, commercial, and industrial losses.
He has also involved in major catastrophe flood claims in Malaysia in 2018 and 2021.
