An established seasoned technician and manager with over 35 years’ experience in the insurance claims and law firm industry.
Having worked for some leading brand name insurers, service providers and lawyers, at senior positions including Technical Claims Manager, Team Manager and Technical Expert, in customer facing, technical and highly goal and target driven environments, including servicing corporate VIP white-collar client’s.
Subject matter expert on motor claims, including liability, quantum, credit hire, fraud and litigation, as well as an experienced auditor, trainer and coach.
Previously worked for Royal & Sun Alliance, Direct Line Insurance, Gallagher Bassett International, Irwin Mitchell Solicitors and others and joined McLarens in early 2019.
Originally reporting to and assisting the UK & Ireland Compliance Manager at McLarens with all compliance matters including QA audits, writing, reviewing and proofing policies and documents, MI and regulatory responsibilities. Also previously overseeing and managing the run-off of a motor account and providing assistance to the Casualty Team. Now working on the Private Clients & Estates Team, providing support to the Loss Adjusters.
