Frank began his career as an Independent Adjuster in 2011, receiving in-depth training in both residential and commercial property claims. Starting in New York, he supported senior McLarens adjusters on high-value portfolios, often involving Lloyd’s of London policies.
During Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Frank played a key role in handling complex commercial claims across the Northeast. He worked directly with carriers and senior adjusters to address widespread storm-related losses. Between 2016 and 2022, he advanced through roles as General Adjuster and Regional General Adjuster at two firms, deepening his expertise in large-loss commercial claims.
Frank rejoined McLarens in 2022 as a National General Adjuster after relocating to South Carolina. Over the past two years, he has built strong ties within the southeastern insurance market, continuing to deliver high-quality service to clients and insureds. Proficient in Xactimate and policy interpretation, he has managed a wide range of commercial losses, including claims exceeding $1,000,000.
His catastrophe response experience includes major U.S. events such as, Hurricane Irene (2011, North Carolina), Hurricane Sandy (2012, Northeast), Hurricane Irma (2017, Florida), Hurricane Ian (2022, Florida), Hurricane Idalia (2023, Florida, Hurricane Helene (2024, Southeast U.S.) and most recently Hurricane Milton (2024, Florida). Recently, he has led numerous multi-location commercial claims, earning a reputation for responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication throughout the claims process.
