Gill began her career in insurance working for Zurich as a Supply Chain Manager in January 2014. During her 15 years at Zurich, Gill gained experience managing the relationship and service delivery across multiple commodities; buildings, contents and loss adjusting for both domestic and commercial lines for the latter 4 years of her time at Zurich she headed the Property Supply Chain Team.
In January 2019 she joined Sedgwick International UK as a Client Director in the Client Relationship Management Team. Responsible for the management of a number of key accounts developing those relationships and working collaboratively alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders. She further developed her team management skills when she was seconded into the Deputy Head of Key Accounts role for 9 months.
Gill joined McLarens in July 2023 as Client Development Lead, bringing her vast experience as a team and relationship manager. Her excellence in collaboration and outstanding interpersonal skills are used to communicate effectively at all levels.
