Harmit Sangha joined McLarens Aviation in 2014 from helicopter maintenance and support company, Heli-One. Prior to joining McLarens Aviation, Harmit gained extensive fixed and rotary wing experience as an Engineer / Project Manager, working for the likes of Heli-One, Cascade Aerospace, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and ST Aviation Services (Singapore Technology) over a 20-plus year career. In addition, his expertise ranges from routine maintenance to assisting in operator claims handling, in both airline and maintenance provider environments. As a Regional Director of Risk & Asset Management (RAMS) and Senior Surveyor for McLarens Aviation, Harmit is directly responsible for developing the company’s Risk & Asset Management business in the Asia Pacific and Americas region and providing a RAMS capability to clients across Asia Pacific and the Americas.
