Helen joined McLarens as QA & Training Lead in 2024 and is currently working towards CII Advanced Diploma. She supports the development of administration of the QA process and Learning and Development Strategy across the UK&I Business, helping to develop a culture of continuing improvement.
Helen started her insurance career in 1989 as a high street broker, writing cover notes for car insurance policies! She worked in high street brokers for many years before moving to Davies Group in 2014 with quality, intervention and case management roles ultimately being promoted to Technical Manager in 2020 with responsibility for technical compliance, audit, adjuster training and development.
