Hoang graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University Of Technical Education with an electrical engineering degree in 2009.
After graduation, he worked as a construction supervisor for Minh Phuong Construction Co., Ltd. His duties involved planning and construction of the electrical systems for various construction projects.
In 2011, Hoang joined McLarens Vietnam Ltd and works as a non-marine adjuster and marine surveyor. His engineering experience is also deployed in the assessment of damage to complex electrical machinery and other related equipment.
