Jack started his career with Sedgwick in 2016, completing fraud screening on holiday sickness insurance claims during a period when insurers saw a sharp rise in fraudulent claims. This led to a brief team management role due to the large influx of claims. The work undertaken by Jack and his colleagues resulted in various industry awards for Sedgwick, with millions of pounds saved for their clients.
Following this, Jack moved on to a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) investigator role, where he conducted full investigations into potentially fraudulent motor accident claims.
In 2022, Jack took the opportunity to join the Midlands Commercial Property team as an adjuster, handling claims up to £100,000. During this time, he also assisted with surge events across various areas of the UK.
