Jake had six years’ experience, with three as a chartered surveyor, working across various market sectors in the construction industry. He is extremely competent, passionate and pro-active commercial professional, developing skills and knowledge in all commercial aspects. Jake has been allowed to gain a broad range of experience both pre and post contract, whilst working across the various sectors and has developed a strong understanding of both JCT and NEC forms of contract, whilst gaining international experience during his career.
