Jim began his career in the oil and chemical refinery field as an electrician. He later transitioned to a career as an independent flood adjuster in 2012. Jim first started doing contract work with McLarens in 2017, before joining McLarens full-time the following year. Jim’s focus has been working a variety of large losses throughout the Southeast and along the East Coast, often as a member of the McLarens CAT Team. Jim is licensed in 11 states, and is a certified NFIP adjuster (FNC number issued).
