Joe commenced his career in the marine insurance field on the company side as a cargo adjuster, underwriter, and surveyor. He has been involved with various lines of the marine business in the ocean and inland marine insurance field for over 50 years with responsibilities increasing with his experience. He currently serves as the Atlanta Vice President and Director of Marine & Transportation.
His responsibilities have included surveying, adjusting, subrogation, and litigation management throughout his career. He has also testified in Federal and State Courts as both an expert and factual witness. Joe’s most recent responsibility included the development of a marine division within a major independent adjusting firm. Acting on instructions from clients on a global basis, Joe has the technical expertise to conduct surveys, adjustments, and other specialised tasks in his areas of expertise.
