He has navigated large and complex insurance property loss claims for municipal complexes, commercial facilities, and residential properties. Projects have involved evaluating damage to building systems and components following fire, water, wind, and hail. He has investigated sites, developed damage evaluations and scopes, building code reviews, clerk of works, and prepared replacement cost estimates.
Previous experience includes working in different lines of business for a large insurance carrier.
