Jordan began his career at Brighton and Hove City Council in 2016, within their insurance function. He was promoted within two years to a senior role, handling a large portfolio of around 400 claims. Which included both personal injury and property damage claims, under Public Liability and Employers Liability policies. This portfolio also contained circa 50 claims in litigation.
In April 2023 Jordan joined Crawford and Company where he continued to handle Public Liability, Employers Liability claims, specializing in handling Personal Injury claims under these polices for various Local Authorities in both England and Scotland, as well as handling claims for Police Constabularies in England. Jordan had an active caseload of 300. He undertook liability investigations, quantum negotiations and policy validation.
