Kieran began his career within the claims department of a specialist motor insurer, where he spent three years managing teams of claim handlers dealing with property damage and injury.
He took the opportunity to join Sedgwick in 2021 as a Domestic Adjuster, dealing with residential losses of up to £100,000 before joining Sedgwick’s Commercial team the following year.
