Kittiya worked at a financial institution beginning in 2006 as an internal auditor for 3 years and then moved to work with an international loss adjuster as an auditor. She later McLarens (Thailand) Ltd. as an Accounting Adjuster in December 2016. She has handled various complex claims for a wide range of industries particularly during the 2011 Thailand floods.
