Louise started her career in Insurance in 1998 as a claims handler at General Accident, where she dealt with a portfolio of domestic and commercial losses. Working through the merger with Commercial Union when it became CGU. Louise subsequently moved to Capita McLarens, where she was employed as an internal adjuster handling domestic claims before moving to an external adjusting role. Louise then left the Insurance industry to join Strathclyde Police before returning several years later when she joined Merlin as a loss adjuster.
Following the demise of Merlin in 2012, Louise took up an adjusting role with Gab Robins, before moving to Direct Group as an Assistant Regional Manager for the south region. Louise then joined McLarens in 2018. During her career, Louise has participated in several CAT teams throughout the UK, dealing with responses to natural disasters such as Flooding and Storm, to include events in Scotland, Cumbria and The Midlands.
