I have started my journey with the Insurance industry over twenty years ago (in 1999) when I had joined Allianz Poland. For the first 10 years I had been working for Allianz, as SME underwriter and as later as Operations Co-ordinator involved in a new project regarding the development of a Customer Service Centre. During this period, I had the opportunity to participate in numerous training on company property insurance and third party liability insurance, as well as in training related to the development of skills in customer service, team management and project management methodology.
In 2009 I had joined SALTEX Insurance Experts and till then I focus on corporate claims handling – the services we deliver for insurance companies.
My experience gained while working for Allianz turned out to be a valuable complement for a developing company founded by civil engineers.
In 2012 I became one of co-owners of SALTEX. Since then, I manage – together with Mariusz Simiński who is the second co-owner of SALTEX – the work of the team of experienced loss adjusters. Apart of that I deal with claims handling – property and third liability claims, mostly in the following fields of industry: commercial property, real estate, retail, manufacturing, food industry, consumer goods.
