Marcus began his insurance career in 2021, starting in the Customer Remediation team at a major insurer. In 2022, he transitioned to the Commercial Property Claims team, where he gained valuable experience handling SME and Agriculture claims. During this time, he also assisted in managing contentious claims arising from the 2022 flood events.
In 2023, Marcus joined McLarens as a Trainee Loss Adjuster, before moving into the full Loss Adjuster role at the start of 2024. He now focuses on commercial and industrial property claims, successfully leading cases and supporting Senior and Executive Adjusters
on major and complex losses.
