With over 30 years of industry experience, Matthew began his career in 1988 as an Adjuster/Appraiser. After progressing to Executive General Adjuster in 2004, he co-founded an insurance services company.
Matthew joined the McLarens team in 2015, and was promoted to Assistant Vice President shortly thereafter. He is now the Managing Director, Natural Resources, Americas, leading a team of experts in various aspects of this highly technical sector.
