Michael has an extensive background in construction including residential, commercial, industrial, government, retail, and multi-family structures. His past insurance experience includes Project Manager – Restoration Contractor, Staff / Carrier Large Loss Adjuster, Licensed Public Adjuster, and Independent National General Adjuster. Michael excels at managing multifaceted large loss and or complex claims that require the ability to define the problem, perform an in-depth investigation, and draw valid conclusions in order to make decisions requiring a high level of judgment. Previously, Michael has been recognized by leadership for consistently producing a high-quality product and how he takes pride in exemplary customer service.
