Mike joined McLarens in 2023 after previously spending 26 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry where he gained valuable experience in Property, Auto Physical Damage, Liability, Process Management/Improvement, and Operational Leadership.
Mike’s dedicated knowledge has allowed for him to consistently provide high quality results for his clients, as well as financial savings. While working as a claims manager for a major carrier, Mike made 20% gains in average claims cost vs industry competitors saving $5M+ per year.
With McLarens, Mike has focused on handling commercial property losses and servicing several national accounts. He has been assessing commercial coverage, reporting to clients, building professional relationships, negotiating large losses, and problem solving complex claims situations. With the same carrier Mike implemented a new claims process in the subrogation department that resulted in saving $10M+ annually.
Additionally, Mike has an extensive background in overseeing large national business operations, achieving and exceeding metrics, improving processes, developing future talent, and delivering key results to stakeholders.
