Mojgan has more than 25 years of international insurance industry in the Middle East region and prior to relocating in Canada. Having an insurance management education background gave her the opportunity to join a global entity who sent her to the UK for on the job training (in London and Liverpool).
She relocated in Canada in 2024 and started a career as an Executive General Adjuster before joining McLarens in 2025.
Prior to relocating in Canada, Mojgan was the Founder and CEO of her own insurance services company acting as the Exclusive Representative for international adjusting entities. She also previously served the insurance industry as a Marine Cargo Adjuster, Engineering (Oil, Gas and Energy) Adjuster, Director of Risk Assessment & Loss Adjusting, Claims Manager, and Account Supervisor for several insurance service providers in Iran, and the region.
As an Executive General Adjuster, Mojgan handled and managed complex claims within oil, gas, engineering, and marine industries. She has a proven track record in handling multimillion-dollar losses, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution.
