Niracha worked as a cargo surveyor, before becoming a loading and condition surveyor for Nippon Kaiji Kentei (Thailand) Ltd. She joined McLarens Thailand in January 2025. She specializes in condition surveys for general cargo, but particularly machinery, frozen goods, and steel.
