Paul joined McLarens in 2008 as a Surveyor/Project Manager and now undertakes the Risk and Asset Management Head of Technical role. With over 17 years’ experience in aviation, Paul has passed the EASA Engine and Airframe maintenance license exams and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering, evidencing an in-depth knowledge of commercial aviation engineering.
Paul has experience of maintaining a range of commercial jet and rotary wing aircraft. In addition to this, Paul has extensive experience of project managing large aircraft modification, entry into service and redelivery programmes.
Since joining McLarens Aviation, Paul’s experience has been expanded further with him completing numerous bespoke projects for high net worth individuals, leasing companies and other financial institutions with interests within the field of aviation.
NOTABLE ASSIGNMENTS
- Commercial project and technical management with a budget of USD 20 Million for the procurement and modification of an aircraft for specialist carriage
- Technical and project management oversight during the rebuilding and re-delivery to owner of 5 multi-engine offshore helicopters valued at USD 10 Million
