Philip commenced his aviation career with Bombardier (formerly Short Brothers) thereafter joining British Airways. Having gained experience an EASA B1 License plus type qualification on both British Airways narrow and wide bodied fleets, he has held various supervisory and regional management posts in the UK and overseas within Europe and Asia. Philip transitioned to McLarens Aviation in 2006 handling numerous General Aviation, Business Jet, Rotorcraft and major Hull Losses including complex airframe and engine repair processes both in Europe and Asia.
