Renata Bauer-Saville is passionate about cultivating and sustaining meaningful, strategic relationships within the commercial property and casualty insurance market. With a career in insurance spanning over a decade, Renata’s network includes a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Risk Managers, CFOs, retail and wholesale brokerages, claims professionals, and underwriters in the US and internationally.
As Vice President of Major Accounts at McLarens, Renata spearheads territory growth and new business development in the Northeast, Carolinas, and Florida. Renata empowers her team to develop customized services and solutions that fit each client’s individual claims needs and foster client retention and satisfaction. A collaborative and solutions-focused colleague, Renata also co-leads major accounts team strategy initiatives and the development of new processes that directly contribute to McLarens’ long-term growth and success.
Renata is committed to supporting women entering the industry. In 2019 she launched the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) Miami Network, which focused on connecting professionals from domestic and LATAM markets through professional workshops, philanthropy, and health and social-focused events. She currently serves as Second Vice President, Membership Chair & Miami Network Liaison for the national APIW.
Born and raised in Brazil, Renata is fluent in Portuguese and English. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Peter’s University, Jersey City, NJ, where she was recruited for their Division 1 Volleyball team. Renata earned a certificate in Public Relations and Image Management from NYU and is currently enrolled in Wharton Executive Education’s Driving Strategic Innovation: Leading Complex Initiatives for Impact certificate program. A proud mother of twin girls, Renata enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga, and attempting to play golf.
