Richard began his career in claims adjustment with GAB Robins in 1984, and progressed through positions as Trainee, Adjuster, Supervising Adjuster, Branch General Adjuster and Branch Manager over a 23+ year span. He then joined York Risk in 2007 with positions as Regional, National and Executive General Adjuster over 11+ years.
Richard joined McLarens in January 2019 as Executive General Adjuster. He has extensive work with hurricane and disaster response claims handling from coast to coast including Super Storm Sandy.
