Romy joined McLarens in 2021 to begin her loss adjusting career after earning a Bachelor in Commerce with a major in Accounting. Before her time at McLarens, she worked as a claims assistant in the major loss team at Sedgwick.
Since joining McLarens, Romy has completed her Diploma of Loss Adjusting and achieved Affiliate status with AICLA.
Romy has experience in managing claims across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on commercial property and stock claims. She has also been involved in McLarens’ catastrophe response to both the 2022 Brisbane floods and 2023 Auckland floods.
