Ronaldo is based in Horsham, England, having relocated from South Africa to the UK in February 2023. He completed his high school education in 2015, specializing in Civil Engineering, Engineering Graphics & Design, and Mathematics.
He began his career in 2016 at Outsurance Insurance in South Africa, where he was appointed as an Emergency Rescue Advisor. Over six and a half years, he progressed through various roles, including Non-Motor Claims Advisor, Complaints Advisor, Salvage Advisor, Property Complex Claims Advisor, and Property Desktop Adjuster. In 2022, he further expanded his expertise by completing a short course in Construction Management at the University of Cape Town.
Upon relocating to the UK, Ronaldo joined Sedgwick Loss Adjusters as a Commercial Loss Adjuster, where he worked for one and a half years.
With extensive experience in the insurance sector, he possesses strong expertise in managing and validating property claims while maintaining a high standard of service. His greatest strength lies in his communication skills, as he firmly believes that exceptional service is the cornerstone of the industry.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and is committed to furthering his professional development. He plans to pursue the CILA Certification in the near future.
