Ryan graduated from Changzhou University in 2008, with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
Immediately following graduation Ryan was employed by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. as an oil & chemical Loss Adjuster. He was responsible for conducting inspections to oil, chemical and gas cargo.
Ryan then joined a local adjusting company in 2010 as a Loss Adjuster in the Property Department, where he was responsible for general property claims.
Ryan joined McLarens in 2012 as a Loss Adjuster in the Property & Casualty Department.
