Scott began his adjusting career in 1990 when joining Northland Insurance Company as a Claims Examiner III. In 1998, he transitioned into a Property Claims Specialist role with Hartford Insurance on the Agricultural Team, where he stayed until 2001. He then joined Norcia Nonhof Associates, Inc. as their Independent Claims Adjuster.
In 2004, Scott was brought on by Engle Martin & Associates as a Senior Property Adjuster and transitioned into National General Adjuster / Office Manager. He joined McLarens in 2020 as a National General Adjuster, and then promoted to Executive General Adjuster in 2022.
