Stephen is a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer. He has gained experience working for airlines and aircraft maintenance companies both in the UK and the Far East. His experience includes roles of both senior engineer and manager. He has worked at McLarens Aviation since 2005, in 2012 Stephen was promoted to Senior Surveyor in recognition of his proven abilities in handling major complex claims and in 2015 was awarded the position of Associate Director. In 2020 Stephen was promoted to Executive Director.
