Following the 2006 completion of his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington; Stephen worked as a Sales Representative for Kraft Foods, a Financial Representative at The Parkway Financial Group. In 2013 he started pursuing a career in commercial claims training and working for an independent adjusting firm. Stephen joined McLarens in 2018 as a National General Adjuster out of the Charlotte office, where he plays a key role on assisting EGA’s in inspections and management of accounts in addition to handling carrier’s open market claims assignments.
