Susan Wood joined McLarens in 2020 with over 20 years of professional experience in the insurance claims industry in positions in the carrier as well as the independent adjusting environment. Her comprehensive knowledge in insurance services includes property and casualty in addition to investigations, TPA management, catastrophe events, and vendor programs to name a few. In the insurance industry Susan has worked as a claims adjuster, district manager, account manager, on up to her current position of director of operations. Susan has always excelled at training, mentoring, and managing while working in the insurance industry, including remote managing adjusters across nine states while previously with York. She has made it a priority to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, including excellent negotiation, leadership, and management skills.
