In her current role as Vice President of Major Accounts at McLarens, Taneal plays a pivotal role in business development and account management efforts. She is responsible for identifying new opportunities, enhancing service strategies, and ensuring the long-term success and retention of key clients. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a deep understanding of the claims process—consistently working alongside brokers, risk managers, underwriters, and claims professionals to deliver practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Taneal was part of the leadership team that launched McLarens’ U.S. Agriculture Practice, which has since gained a reputation as the leader in the industry. Leveraging her agricultural knowledge and dedication to client service, she has played an integral role in the practice’s growth and success. Her passion for the agricultural and insurance industries is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Originally from the Midwest and raised in a farming community, she understands firsthand the challenges and risks faced by agribusinesses.
