Terrence has worked in the insurance industry since 1998 and totaling 25 years. He started his career as an adjuster with a large independent adjusting company (Crawford) in their head office located in Toronto. It was during the first several years with the company and while handling personal lines Property and Casualty claims that Terrence obtained his licence and CIP. He later transitioned into a more specific role and handling a National Account for a rental car company. It was just after being in the industry for 10 years that Terrence moved to another large independent adjusting company (Claimspro) to focus on the handling of large commercial Casualty claims. When an opportunity arose a couple of years later, he joined McLarens Canada. It was during his initial tenure with McLarens Canada that Terrence was given the opportunity to handle a client specific Dealersure Program. The requirements of the account included overseeing a bordereau for along with handling of Casualty claims including Auto Bodily Injury, Slip & Fall, Completed Operations, Lessor’s Contingent, Crime and Employment Practices Liability. The Dealersure Program moved from McLarens Canada that became Granite Claims Solutions to another independent adjusting company (Cunningham Lindsey) requiring Terrence to change companies but also provided an opportunity to join a Major & Complex Loss Unit. In addition to Dealersure claims he handled large Casualty losses. The Dealersure Program moved again and to another independent adjusting company (Sedgwick) where he worked for the last several years. Terrence now returns to McLarens Canada and just over 10 years later working in the Toronto office as a Senior General Adjusting focusing primarily on the handling of large and complex Casualty claims.
