Tim began his career in 1990 as an Independent Adjuster handling commercial and personal lines property and casualty losses as well as 1st and 3rd party Agriculture claims. He has also worked for insurance carriers, serving as Multi-Line Field Adjuster, Catastrophe Field Adjuster, Large Loss Catastrophe Team Manager, Claims Examiner, Claims Supervisor, Claims Team Manager, Complex Team General Adjuster, and Assistant Director of the National Quality Assurance Team. Tim joined McLarens in 2015 as a National General Adjuster handling Commercial Property, General Liability, Construction Defect and Agriculture losses.
Tim was a co-presenter at Regional and National PLRB Conferences on Impact Resistant Roofing Products.
