Tom joined the insurance industry in 2012, with Allianz. Initially within the retail division servicing policies and securing new business. Then moving to Allianz claims division handling with a variety of home insurance claims, working directly with key client brokers. As well as spending time within Allianz head office working on a systems improvements project.
After a number of years with Allianz Tom then moved to NFU Mutual, where he have spent over 5 years handling major loss commercial claims up to £500k. Working with a network of dedicated Agencies and a variety of polices ranging from independent tradesman to large estates.
