Vicky has held positions with leading insurers, brokers and adjusting firms and has 36 years of experience in the insurance industry with a specialism in the investigation and handling of liability casualty injury claims.
Particular areas of expertise include the Prison and Security sectors, Care homes and Education Facilities, Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing and the Retail and Leisure sectors.
Vicky also has experience of managing high value direct settlement injury cases co ordinating rehabilitation programs, securing medical evidence and negotiating claim settlements within the ABI Code of Conduct for Unrepresented Claimants.
