Tsai is a graduate chemical engineer and a licensed adjuster. He rejoined McLarens in 1997, after several years with Asia Pacific Loss Adjusters followed by Insurance Studies at Chucon University. He has handled many major PD and BI losses for High Tech industries in Taiwan and is particularly an expert in dealing with public liability and pollution claims. Yee-Su Tsai is now the General Manager of McLarens, Taiwan.
