Biography

A seasoned Commercial Property Adjuster with over 25 years of experience, Ying Tse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, graduating Cum Laude in 1998. His academic journey also includes studies abroad at the University of Manchester from 1996 to 1997. He began his professional career in the insurance industry with Allstate, where he served as a Senior Claims Adjuster from 1999 to 2006. Afterward, he advanced to Nationwide as a Commercial Master Claims Representative in 2006-2007, before joining Travelers as a Technical Specialist Claim Representative from 2007 to 2012. In August 2012, he transitioned to McLarens as an Executive General Adjuster, where he continues to excel in his field.

With extensive experience in the commercial property insurance space, Ying specializes in several key industry verticals, including hospitality, real estate, and public sector risks. His expertise encompasses complex property losses, with a focus on high value claims and risk pools. He also has a robust background in handling quota share risks and risk pools involving multiple members in catastrophe-prone regions. His deep understanding of these verticals allows him to efficiently manage and adjust large-scale losses while providing clients with clear, actionable solutions throughout the claims process.

Ying effectively manages his book of business with the support of a skilled team of assisting adjusters who help with inspection documentation and ensure efficient claim resolutions.
